Following on from last summer’s enjoyable BLACK&whitePOOL photo walks, the North Fylde Photographic Society is organising a series of monthly summer walks at differing locations ranging estuary-to-estuary along the Fylde Coast.

The series kicks off on Tuesday, 20 May on the Wyre estuary with a morning rummaging around the boat wrecks beside Fleetwood Marsh Nature Reserve. Meet up at 10.00 at the Nature Reserve car park (FY7 8TW).
The following month, we will be gathering on the North Promenade in Cleveleys on Tuesday, 24 June to enjoy sea views at high tide while checking out the photogenic Mythic Coast Artwork Trail. Meet up at 09.00 at Mary’s Shell (FY5 1DW).
The next photo walk will range around St Anne’s Pier and the dunes to the north and gardens to the south (not to mention the old jetty beyond what remains of the pier) and will take place on Tuesday, 22 July. Meet up at 16.00 at the front of St Anne’s Pier (FY8 2ND).
And finally, we reach the Ribble estuary and Lytham Green on Tuesday, 26 August. Here, we will have the opportunity to take in the spectacular views of across the estuary south to Southport and North Wales and eastwards to the West Pennines. Meet up at 14.00 at the Windmill (FY8 5LD).
Non-members seeking an opportunity to go out with a group of like-minded camera enthusiasts are very welcome to join us. Look forward to seeing you!
