The North Fylde Photographic Society continues to improve its standing at regional competitive level in both club and individual competition. Our very own Angela Carr distinguished herself in the Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Union (L&CPU)’s annual club print competition back in March with a perfect score for her Open Colour image ‘Bad Day at the Office’.
Annual individual competition
Results of the L&CPU’s annual individual competition were announced this week (search www.lcpu.org to find the full report) and there were some notable successes here also. Angela Carr was placed third in Overall Photographer of the Year awards, coming third and fifth place respectively in the Digital Photographer and Print Photographer of the Year sections.
